2. Shipping & Delivery Terms
All orders placed on our website are subject to processing and shipment timelines:
- Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, packages take approximately 7 to 10 days for delivery to your registered shipping address, depending on local transit conditions and pin code serviceability.
- Shipping Coverage: Standard shipping is available across India. It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address, zip code, and active telephone number.
3. Strict Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Because our spices and food mixes are perishable and consumable goods packed in a sanitarily controlled facility, we maintain a strict policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds:
- No Returns & No Refunds: We enforce a strict **No Returns and No Refunds** policy. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
- No Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
- Damaged Shipments: In the rare event of transit damage, leakage, or incorrect items, you must report it with an unboxing video to media.zarikar@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to request a product replacement. No refunds will be provided.
