Ingredients

Roasted chilli, black salt, salt, turmeric, cumin, asafoetida, dried mango powder and a signature blend of traditional spices. No artificial colours, no preservatives.

How to use

– For shev and gathiya: mix 2 teaspoons of masala into 500g of besan dough before pressing.
– For finished namkeen: sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon over fresh shev or snacks and toss lightly.
– Adjust to taste – the blend is balanced to be spicy and tangy without burning.
– Store airtight and use within 6 months.
